On Friday, 23th of September 2016, COL Associate professor Florin-Eduard GROSARU PhD, the Director of Regional Department of Defense Resources Management Studies (DRESMARA), Brașov, attended with the didactic team the NATO International Conference “Evolving Threat Assessment Constant Mission”, organized by the NATO Public Diplomacy Division in partnership with ASPEN Institute Romania, at the Parliament Palace.

    This high level international conference is the third event co-organized by the Aspen Institute Romania in collaboration with NATO’s PDD on topics of allied security. The conference takes place in a complicated and evolving regional security context. It reflects Romania's determination to reassert its role as an allied member state committed to contributing to the deepening of the transatlantic dialogue on pressing issues concerning the security and stability of its region.
